H-SYSTEM workshop cabinets

The HSW07 workshop cabinets are a tidy workspace in the workshop, on factory floor or inspection station.

Cabinet made of sheet steel:

• body:made of 0.8 and 1.5 mm sheet steel, with additional ribs on the sides to stabilize the structure; powder coated,
• drawers: 0.8 mm thick sheet steel, drawer slots made of galvanised sheet steel,
• perforation on the sides of the cabinet for attaching accessories (tool hooks, folding shelf, raised edge shelf, document pocket, paper towel holder, etc.).

Overall dimensions:

• width 720 mm,
• height 960 mm with ABS cover,
• depth 500 mm.

Load capacity::

• total load of the cabinet: 300 kg,
• maximum load on the worktop: 100 kg.

Drawers:

• fixed on ball bearing runners, full extension (100%),
• central drawer locking system allows only one drawer to be opened at a time – others are automatically locked,
• maximum drawer load:: 40 kg,
• drawer slots made of galvanised sheet steel,
• optional drawer accessories: rubber damping mats, drawer divider sets.

Cabinet top surface

• with a profiled ABS cover, it is a useful worktop with edges that prevent small parts from falling,
• as an option, the cabinet can be equipped with a 21 mm thick painted plywood worktop,
• maximum static load on the worktop: 100 kg.
